XiXi was born and raised in Shenyang, China and she moved to Orlando, Florida when she was eight years old. She attended Florida State University, where she received her Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and International Affairs. During her time at Florida State, XiXi was among a select few who were offered a prestigious internship at the Florida Capitol.
After graduating, XiXi worked in New York City at one of the top five book publishing companies in the industry. There, she worked on book editing and e-Book development. From there, she transitioned from publishing to luxury retail sales for one of the most recognizable fashion brands in the world. There, she cultivated a strong clientele nationwide.
XiXi earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida A&M University College of Law. She has been involved with Orlando’s legal community since 2013. During law school, she was on the Trial Team and she was also a Research Assistant contributing to several law review journals, including the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section. XiXi’s writings have also appeared in business law journals throughout the nation. XiXi has worked for two well known law firms in Downtown Orlando, specializing in real estate transactions, land zoning, and intellectual property.
Since graduating law school, XiXi has been involved in a number of real estate transactions, ranging from condominiums to commercial properties for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. XiXi is passionate about using her legal knowledge to bridge the gap between law and real estate.
XiXi is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association.
XiXi is also fluent in speaking Mandarin Chinese.
